When this is the case, a custom Crystal Report is often a good option. Crystal Reports integrates easily with Raiser’s Edge™ and allows users to easily run customs reports from the Reports section in Raiser’s Edge™. If your staff are spending many hours outside of Raiser’s Edge™ to compile statistics for your Board of Directors, Executive Directors or Volunteer leaders, it may be time to think about creating a custom Crystal Report.
